  H13模具鋼和3Cr2W8V模(mo)具(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)是我國(guo)目前使用(yong)(yong)(yong)最廣泛的(de)(de)(de)兩種鍛(duan)(duan)造模(mo)具(ju)(ju)鋼(gang),其(qi)(qi)中H13模(mo)具(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)因(yin)良好的(de)(de)(de)綜合力學(xue)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能及(ji)抗熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)冷(leng)(leng)疲(pi)勞(lao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能勝任一般熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)模(mo)鍛(duan)(duan)造的(de)(de)(de)需求。但(dan)由(you)于(yu)H13模(mo)具(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)作為中耐熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)型(xing)執作模(mo)具(ju)(ju)鋼(gang),其(qi)(qi)工作溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)不(bu)(bu)(bu)宜超過600度(du),且(qie)淬透性(xing)(xing)(xing)差(cha)不(bu)(bu)(bu)利于(yu)制造大截(jie)面模(mo)具(ju)(ju)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)。3Cr2W8V模(mo)具(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)是我國(guo)比較(jiao)早的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)且(qie)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)最廣的(de)(de)(de)高強熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)(xing)(xing)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)鍛(duan)(duan)模(mo)具(ju)(ju)鋼(gang),其(qi)(qi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)良好,使用(yong)(yong)(yong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)可達650度(du),但(dan)因(yin)其(qi)(qi)冷(leng)(leng)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)疲(pi)勞(lao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能和導熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)(xing)(xing)差(cha),容易因(yin)冷(leng)(leng)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)疲(pi)勞(lao)而產生龜裂。而DM模(mo)具(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)為最近(jin)幾年研發出的(de)(de)(de)新型(xing)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)鍛(duan)(duan)模(mo)具(ju)(ju)鋼(gang),通(tong)過3種熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)鍛(duan)(duan)模(mo)具(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)曲線的(de)(de)(de)測定(ding)及(ji)微觀(guan)(guan)組織的(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)察,對比分(fen)析3種鍛(duan)(duan)造模(mo)具(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能的(de)(de)(de)優劣及(ji)在(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)過程中微觀(guan)(guan)組織的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua)。3種實(shi)驗模(mo)具(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)均(jun)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)渣(zha)重(zhong)熔冶煉,其(qi)(qi)化(hua)學(xue)成(cheng)分(fen)如(ru)表1所示,熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)處理工藝及(ji)硬度(du)值(zhi)如(ru)表2所示,其(qi)(qi)中淬火(huo)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)冷(leng)(leng)卻均(jun)在(zai)真空淬火(huo)爐(lu)中進行(xing),等箱式(shi)(shi)回火(huo)爐(lu)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)在(zai)實(shi)驗溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)下(xia)進行(xing)回火(huo)。熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)試(shi)驗的(de)(de)(de)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)箱式(shi)(shi)爐(lu)分(fen)別(bie)將試(shi)樣在(zai)580、620、650度(du)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)24h,然后測試(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)下(xia)3種實(shi)驗鋼(gang)的(de)(de)(de)洛式(shi)(shi)硬度(du)值(zhi)。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)發射掃描電(dian)鏡觀(guan)(guan)察試(shi)樣不(bu)(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)微觀(guan)(guan)組織,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)高分(fen)辨投射電(dian)子顯微鏡對不(bu)(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)樣進行(xing)觀(guan)(guan)察,并標定(ding)碳化(hua)物的(de)(de)(de)類型(xing)。

結果表明:

(1)在580、620、650度(du)(du)保(bao)溫(wen)24h熱穩(wen)試驗中,DM模具鋼(gang)的硬度(du)(du)始終高于H13模具鋼(gang)和3Cr2W8V模具鋼(gang);且隨(sui)著保(bao)溫(wen)溫(wen)度(du)(du)的升高,硬度(du)(du)前期下降(jiang)的速度(du)(du)越(yue)快,后(hou)期均趨于平穩(wen)。

(2)在(zai)650度熱(re)穩(wen)定過程中(zhong),3Cr2W8V模(mo)(mo)具鋼(gang)中(zhong)存(cun)在(zai)W元素大量(liang)固溶(rong)(rong)于(yu)(yu)基體(ti)中(zhong),產(chan)生(sheng)固溶(rong)(rong)強化作用(yong),而DM模(mo)(mo)具鋼(gang)在(zai)熱(re)穩(wen)定過程中(zhong)由于(yu)(yu)亞穩(wen)相在(zai)高溫下分(fen)解析(xi)出M2C型(xing)碳化物產(chan)生(sheng)硬化現(xian)象,同時(shi)由于(yu)(yu)大量(liang)Mn元素固溶(rong)(rong)于(yu)(yu)基體(ti),阻礙(ai)了馬氏體(ti)基體(ti)的(de)回復,兩(liang)者相輔相成保(bao)證了其優越(yue)的(de)熱(re)穩(wen)定性能。
